All prices set out on monochromeeditions.com include value-added tax (VAT) but do not include shipping and handling costs. Additional costs will apply in accordance with the costs set out on the shipping page.
Scope.
These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively. You accept these Terms and Conditions when you are using the order forms at store.monochromeeditions.com. Any such order constitutes a binding offer to conclude a contract with me. The contract begins once I am beginning to fulfil your order. Records will be sent to the address provided by you using the order forms at store.monochromeeditions.com.
Shipping and liability for defects.
I will ship the ordered records at your own risk after receiving the payment. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and set out accordingly in your cart. You will receive a printed invoice with your order. You have to claim obvious defects of the records in writing within 8 days from delivery, hidden defects must be claimed immediately upon discovery. The record must be returned with a description of the defect and a proof of purchase through store.monochromeeditions.com. Transportation defects must be claimed immediately towards the respective deliverer. I retain title to the records until full payment of the purchasing price.
Right of Withdrawal.
Consumers in the EU have a right of withdrawal. Further information on that may be found here.
Applicable Laws.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The provisions of the CISG and the conflict of law rules are not applicable. The German Copyright Code (UrhG) applies to all contents provided on monochromeeditions.com. Should you become aware of a copyright infringement through monochromeeditions.com, please let me know and I will be curing any such breach without undue delay.
Privacy.
Ordering records requires that you submit some personal data. Otherwise I will be unable to fulfil your order. Please see the Privacy Information to learn more about this.
Dispute Resolution.
The EU Commission provides an internet platform for online dispute resolution ("ODR platform"). This ODR platform can be accessed here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. I do not commit to use an alternative dispute resolution entity to resolve disputes with consumers.
